You’re exhausted from pretending to be okay when something in you knows you’re not.

Somewhere along the way, you learned to override your needs, emotions, and what your body has been trying to tell you in order to keep the peace, get things done, and take care of everyone else. And now, even though you’re still handling your responsibilities, it feels like you’re barely keeping your head above water. You’ve noticed yourself snapping more easily, second-guessing every thought and feeling you have, or just getting by on autopilot until you crash at the end of the day.

You’ve been living like this for so long that it feels normal. But you know it’s not sustainable, and the line between staying afloat and drowning is getting thinner and harder to ignore every day.

You might be here because you…

  • Love your kids deeply, but amidst all their needs and the pressure to get it “right” and not pass down what was taught to you, it feels like you’ve lost touch with yourself.

  • Are having problems in your relationship, and wondering if you’ve been too sensitive or somehow made things harder than they need to be.

  • Are more on edge than usual—less patience, not wanting to be touched, lying awake at night spiraling, and small inconveniences making you want to pull your hair out.

  • Know something feels off…but can’t explain why—you just feel that pit in your stomach more often, and it’s getting harder to ignore.

Hi, I’m Jessica!

I help women understand the patterns they’re living out, listen to what their body is telling them, and reconnect with who they are.

This is a space where you can come in, take a breath, and not feel like you have to have it all figured out. I’m not a super polished, buttoned-up therapist. My office is cozy, with lots of plants and a coffee and tea bar so we can really settle in (I’ll often slip my shoes off, and you’re welcome to do the same) and get into it.

What matters most to me is being fully present with you, understanding what’s led you here, and helping you make sense of the patterns that are still shaping your life now. From there, we can begin to get clearer about where you want to go and what it would look like to move toward that. You’ll find working with me is both compassionate and honest—you’ll feel seen, supported, and also challenged in a way that helps you create changes that actually feel real and sustainable.

Come as you are—I’ll meet you there with compassion and a cup of coffee.

  • Motherhood can bring up parts of you you thought you’d already dealt with or didn’t know existed, and create a new fear of passing down the critical inner monologue that was taught to you. Parenthood was “supposed” to feel joyful… but not even the immense love you have for your children has been able to stop you from feeling angry, guilty, and so, so worried. Therapy can help you parent with more intention and stay connected to yourself—so you can be a whole person, not just a mom.

  • You can’t remember the last time you actually felt present with your life instead of just barely managing it. From the outside, everyone applauds your ability to keep all the plates spinning, but you just feel hyper-aware of how easily it could all fall apart. Therapy gives you a place to finally exhale and set everything down for a while, so you can get clear on what you need and build the confidence to ask for it.

  • Every argument seems to end with you apologizing and wondering how you can be a better partner, communicate more clearly, or ask for less. But the more you bend to make your partner comfortable, the more you feel confused, minimized, and less like yourself. In therapy, we’ll make sense of these patterns, figure out where your responsibilities in relationships end, and rebuild a stronger sense of self so you can have the deep connections you deserve.

  • Emotions don’t only exist in your mind—your body carries them, too. You may not even notice how you’re constantly bracing for some unidentified threat: your shoulders scrunched up toward your ears or your whole body feeling tense throughout the day. Somatic Experiencing is an evidence-based approach to therapy that helps us connect mind and body, so you can start feeling better as a whole.
