    The Middle Ground: A Support Group for Middle Schoolers
    The Middle Ground is a weekly support group designed to help tweens feel grounded, understood, and empowered. In a safe and welcoming space, participants build confidence, learn practical coping tools, and connect with peers who truly “get it.” Through creative activities and guided conversations, they’ll develop skills to manage anxiety, navigate social stress, and feel more like themselves.

    Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Please select one group time when registering. Switching between sessions is not permitted. ✨

    Led by a licensed therapist with deep experience supporting tweens through transitional challenges, this group is designed to meet kids where they are with empathy, creativity, and practical tools they can use right away.
